Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
0.5 cup Dannon - OIKOS Greek Nonfat Yogurt (Vanilla), 1 cup 1 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 0.5 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey 1/2 cup water (or ice if using fresh fruit)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. You can swap out the strawberries for whatever fruit or combination of fruits you want. If you want to reduce sugar, use an unsweetened/unflavored yogurt and replace the honey with Splenda or another calorie-free sweetener. Serving Size: Makes 1 serving (approximately 16oz)
