Ingredients
10 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 10 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 6 tbsp Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Rosemary, dried
Directions
Clean and remove stems from Mushrooms;
Mix Remaining ingredients together
place mushrooms in large pyrex dish; cover with marinade; roast in oven at 400F for about 30 minutes
