pork fried "rice" (rice and cauliflower mix)

Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 3 serving Lipton Asian Sides Teriyaki Rice 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 10 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted 1 cup Peas and carrots, frozen 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
Directions
rice the cauliflower, and cook microwave rice to instructions
cube pork and cook, set aside.
cook cauiliflower in wok with peas and carrots. add cabbage.
mix in eggs, and scramble in rice
add cooked rice and pork
stir in soy sauce until mixed
