1 cup Kodiak cakes power cakes 31 gram(s) PEScience Select Protein - Gourmet Vanilla .75 cup Simply Balanced Greek Yogurt Vanilla1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 200 grams Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .75 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Pour mixture evenly into greased muffin tins
4. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through (mini muffins will take about 9 minutes)
