Dutch Oven Chuck Roast

Ingredients
8 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 serving Basil - dried ground 1 tsp (by FRUITSANDVEG) 1 tsp 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (by SOFTTHUNDER) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
Directions
mix all spices together
put the chuck roast in the dutch oven and cover with spices, turning over as needed.
Slice up onion and surround and top the roast with slices
Cook at 350* between 2.5 and 3 hrs. Until meat is tender and pulls apart
