1 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 1/4 cup Coconut milk (light) 1/2 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 serving Coromega Be Bright 1/4 tsp Lemon grass (citronella), fresh 1/4 tsp, shredded Coconut, raw
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the coconut flakes in a blender container and puree until smooth. Top off with coconut flakes, yum! Feeling sassy or want to amp up a cocktail favorite? Add 1.5 ounces rum. (optional)
