Ingredients
1.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen4.0 cup slices Okra1.0 large Onions, raw24.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper4.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
Directions
Brown beef, onions, and peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Add canned tomatoes and corn and cook for 15 minutes. Add okra and cook until tender. Serve over rice. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
