1/3-cup lowfat bisquick1/3-cup milk1-large egg white1/2-cup splenda measurable1-cup blackberries
Mix bisquick, milk, egg white and 1/3-cup splenda together. Put berries in bottom of big mug that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the rest of the splenda on top of the fruit. Pour batter over the top, do not stir. Microwave at 1-minute intervals until done (about 2-3 minutes or so) or bake at 350-degrees for 30-35 minutes.
