8 oz Coconut water Vita Coco 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 dash Salt 1 medium Banana, fresh 2 oz Baby Spinach - about 1-1/2 cups 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
In a blender, add the first five ingredients in order. Blend on medium until smooth, approximately 1 minute. Blend on high, remove cover, (or the small center cover if you have one) slowly add hemp seeds while blender is running. Continue to blend on high approximately 2 minutes. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
