Vegan Black Bean Brownies

2 cup Beans, black drained and rinsed, preferably salt-fr3-4T or 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 2.5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 6T Water, tap 3/4 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. If batter is too thick, add additional T of plant milk. Batter should be about the texture of frosting. Spoon into 12 cup nonstick or silicone muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until toothpick tests clean, tops crack and brownies begin to separate from the sides of pan. (Note - in my silicone pan, this took about 40 minutes) Cool 30 minutes or more before removing from pan. Store in fridge.
