Ingredients
1 serving 1 scrambled egg+1 scrambed egg white (reg egg+white) .5 serving L oven fresh spinach herb wrap 0.10 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C) .5 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Cook eggs over medium low heat in a salute pan, stirring gently, occasionally,till they set on the bottom . Top with cheese and cover with lid. Refuse heat to low and cook till just set and cheese is melted. Spread mayonnaise on 1/2 wrap and place egg and cheese on top. Roll up wrap and enjoy.
