Feta, Black Olive & Sun Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
Directions
16 oz bag of Brown Rice (gluten free) penne pasta.1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes8 Tablespoons sliced Black Olives4 oz (1/2 Cup) Reduced Fat Tomato & Basil Feta2 cloves minced garlic (or to taste). Can substitute 2 teaspoons garlic powder (or to taste).Fresh Basil (to taste). I use 6 leaves.2 Tablespoons Extra Light Olive Oil
Cook and drain past according to package
Add all ingredients except olive oil and mix unti all are incorporated.
Drizzle olive oil and toss pasta until oil is completely mixed in.
Serve hot or cold.
I prefer it cold
**you can add sliced cooked chicken breast (2 whole/ 4 halves to make this meal complete).
***another nice thing to add (if you can find them) is a half cup of yellow grape/cherry tomatoes (slice each one into 4 pieces until you reach a half a cup). It makes it really colorful!
