Spinach Salad with Mangoes, Grapefruit and Pecans

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp fresh orange juice1 tbsp maple syrupsalt and fresh ground black pepper to taste1 medium mango (peeled and cubed)1 medium grapefruit (cut into small pieces)1/3 cup pecan pieces6 cups of fresh baby spinachParsley to garnishFresh lemon and lime slices to garnish
Directions
Makes 6 large servings

Combine the first 5 salad ingredients in a bowl. Toss in the remaining ingredients. Divide the salad into small salad bowls, garnish with pasley, fresh lime slices and fresh lemon slices.
