8.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream8.0 tbsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
Mix cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl , in separate bowl whip the heavy cream into whipped cream add two packets of stevia . Fold into the cream cheese peanut butter mixture.
In a square 8x8 pan lined with parchment spread the mixture and freeze for approximately 1 hour. I covered mine with a couple of tablespoons of homemade sugar free chocolate sauce before freezing. remove from freezer and cut into chunks ,store in refrigerator or freezer
