Ingredients
2/3 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream0.5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend4.0 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne1 box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Creamy Italian (1/2 cup as packaged)1 can Publix Reduced Sodium Dark red kidney beans, drained1 can Trader Joes Skipjack tuna in water, drained1.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
Directions
Add pasta and frozen vegetables to boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until desired tenderness. Drain and run under cold water While pasta is boiling mix suddenly salad seasoning pack with sour cream, set aside Add seasoning mixture and additional ingredients to pasta and stir together. Serve hot or refrigerate to eat cold. Serving Size: About 1 1/2 cups
