I made this this weekend- Great recipe! I used cabbage instead of bell peppers, and it was like unstuffed cabbage. Very enjoyable, mild, and easy to make. - 3/2/10

Very Yummy! I enjoyed this very much. We wanted to try to accomodate our children's taste buds a bit and had on hand only salsa that would have been too hot for them, so we used an italian sauce (spaghetti sauce) instead and really enjoyed it. Plan to make it again! YUM! ...and filling & satisfying. - 2/18/10

This was excellent. I had to modify it a bit... used canned tomatoes & spices because I was out of salsa, but it turned out great. I will definitely make it again. - 4/28/09
