2.0 serving Cavala Long Grain Rice (150g) (cooked)3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 1tsp Olive Oil
Add half of the olive oil to the pan
Lightly scramble the eggs then remove from pan
Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan
Place all of the rice into the pan and heat through
Add the lightly scrambled egg to the rice and bring together
Serve
