Mushroom cream with ground beef

Ingredients
300 grams Ground beef, lean 200 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1 small Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .12 cup Flour, white .5 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Heat oil and add chopped onion and mushrooms, sautee for 5 minutes, add ground beef and heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper and flour, cook, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes. Add wine, and scrape any bits from the edges of the pan, add milk and heat through. Thin with water if needed.
