Dairy Free Coconut Bircher Muesli

2/3 cup fine Rolled Oats1/3 cup Coconut Yoghurt (Doctors Choice Dairy Free Bio Yoghurt (NZ)1/3 cup Coconut Water, UFC 250ml
Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate overnight. Mix may appear very runny but it will thicken up by the morning.
Serve with your favourite fruit (I have frozen blueberries on hand and thaw 1/2 cup out most mornings).
Other optional suggestions to add when you serve:
Cinnamon, chopped nuts, pumpkin or sunflower seeds
