Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup Wild Rice 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 cup, strips Celery, raw 2 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Dice roasted chicken breast in large pieces and add to slow cooker. Dice all carrots and celery and add to pot. Add uncooked wild rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Add water to fill almost to top of cooker and cook on high heat 3 hours or until rice is almost done. Add greek yogurt and cook another hour.
