1.0 stick Butter, unsalted1.5 cup slices Carrots, cooked1.5 cup, diced Celery, cooked3.0 cup, chopped Swiss Chard1.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked8.0 cup Beans, white6.0 cup Vegetable Broth4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tbsp Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (soup broth)3.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Sautee vegetables with butter and olive oil in a pot, add broth and simmer. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serving Size: Makes 15 1-cup servings
