Homemade vegetable soup

Ingredients
2 cup Mashed Potatoes 2 cup, cubes Sweet potato .25 cup Cooked Onion 2 stalks Celery, cooked 3 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 2 cup Cooked Kale 1 cup Spinach, cooked 1 leek Leeks 2 serving Kallo organic vegetable stock cube (per cube) (by DOOBRIE) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Peel & Chop onion, potato, sweet potato, celery. Put in pan with rest of veg and add stock. Bring to boil and simmer for about 20 mins until soft. Add salt & pepper to season & to taste. Liquidise until smooth. Enjoy :-)
