1.0 cup, pitted, chopped Dates0.33 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 cup, shredded Coconut, raw2.0 serving Trader Joes Vanilla Whey Protein Powder2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients inin a food processor, let sit in fridge to set for 30 mins. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Keep in fridge and let sit in fridge at least 30 mins before eating
