113 gram(s) (4oz) Ghirardelli 100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar (by TIANAKI) 4 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 1/2C +1T crisco unrefined coconut oil (by CLZ8957) 3 pieces Brach's Star Brites Peppermint Mints 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 tsp peppermint extract (by IT8EVERYTHING)
Directions
Melt dark chocolate bar, 1T oil in boiler. Add 2g/2 packets stevia. Set in small square pan in freezer on parchment.
Melt oil remaining, add remaining stevia, vanilla peppermint. Bring back to room temp and pour over dark. Add candy bits. Set in freezer until hardened. Cut into 1.5"-2" squares.
