Cheesy tuna rice casserole

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 2 boxes Rice A Roni - Creamy 4 Cheese 3 cans White Albacore Tuna (in water), drained 1 Tbs Canola Oil
Directions
In large skillet, quick fry the dry rice mix in oil until lightly toasted. Add 4 cups water. Stir well. Add sauce mixes and whisk together. Add drained tuna and frozen vegetables. Mix well, bring to boil, reduce to med-low heat. Simmer 20-25 minutes until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
