Ingredients
2 Bananas 4 large Eggs 1 cup Old fashioned Oat meal 0.5 cup Applesauce 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
process oats in food processor until flour-like. Add remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated. Heat and spray 350* skillet and cook until brown on each side. Batter makes 15 pancakes.
