10 boneless chops1/2 cup flour2 tbsp olive oil1 cup chicken broth1 medium onion2 garlic cloves2 tbsp tomato paste
Makes 10 single-chop servings.
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Coat chops in flour before frying them until brown on both sides.
Put chops aside. In skillet combine broth, onion, and garlic.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add in tomato paste and stir thoroughly.
Add in the cooked chops. Cover and simmer until cooked through.
Optional: drizzle with lime juice right before serving.
