Low Carb Chocolate Mousse Pie

1) 3/4 cups + 2 tbls Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 2) 4 tbsp melted Butter, unsalted 3) 1/2 tbls Truvia Natural Sweetener 4) 4 tbsp softened Butter, unsalted 5) 2 oz Cream Cheese 6) 1 tbls Truvia Natural Sweetener 7) 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 8) 3 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 9) 3 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 10) 2 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener 11) 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Mix first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide between 4 small ramekins press into the bottom like a crust. Mix softened cream cheese in a bowl with mixer. Add in butter and Truvia. Mix well. Slowly add cocoa powder. In another bowl whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pipe or spoon onto "crust" in ramekins.
Add 3 oz. heavy whipping cream to bowl again and whip until stiff peaks form. Add Truvia and vanilla extract and whip. Pipe or spoon on top of chocolate. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
