4.0 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched2.0 clove Garlic2.0 serving avacado 1 medium2.0 tbsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice6.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried2.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 cup Silk Soy Milk, original2.0 cup Daiya Pepperjack style shreds
Boil mac noodles firsr then mince garlic and put avacado, garlic, lime juice ans cilantro in food processor. Process until creamy and smooth. Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in sauce pan then add flour and whisk until smooth. Add milk and whisk until smooth then stir with wooden spoon until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Put noodles in large bowl and mix in avacado sauce until all are coated then pour on cheese sauce and serve.
