Cabbage and Green Beans Soup

Ingredients
30 grams Garlic 400 gram(s) tesco value chopped tomatoes 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 65 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 700 grams Cabbage, fresh 300 grams Green Beans (snap) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 serving Knorr 8 Vegetable Stock 1 Cube (by VIOLETA5) 5 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 medium Carrots, raw
Directions
cut everything up as you see fit
put some oil in a pan with the onion, garlic and some of the tomato chopped and cook them for 5-10 minutes
start boiling the rest
add the pan contents in the boiling pot.
continue boiling for at least 30 minutes more.
