Sourdough Starter Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Sourdough Starter1 Egg1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Mix starter, egg, oil, and sugar together. Right before cooking put in the baking soda. It will increase in size.

I use a two cup measuring glass, which makes it easier to measure the starter. It also makes for less cleanup. Feel free to double the recipe.
