Ingredients
16 oz Pacific Fillet Cod Skinless (by LOCKET15) 0.75 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese (by SHANIA23511) 2 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Parsley 1.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
In a medium size bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, paprika and parsley.
Place the olive oil in another small bowl.
Brush each fillet with olive oil on both sides and then press both sides into the parmesan mixture. Lay on the baking sheet. Top the cod fillets with any remaining parmesan mixture.
Bake until the fish is opaque about 15 minutes.
