Healthy Cheeseburger Salad

Ingredients
2 Hamburger Buns1 Small Red Onion Sliced6 Cherry or Plum Tomatoes halved1/2 LB Extra Lean Ground Beef1/2 C Diced Dill Pickles3/4 C Ketchup1 tbsp Yellow Mustard8 Cups chopped Romaine Lettuce1/2 C (4oz) Shredded 2% Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Slice Hamburger Buns into 1/2 in. strips. Toast in oven or toaster oven.

Cook ground beef 5 to 7 minutes till no longer pink. Breaking into crumbles. Drain Meat.

Add diced pickles, ketchup & mustard to cooked ground beef. Mix well.

To Serve, arrange lettuce on large serving platter. Spoon beef mixture over lettuce. Top with Cheese, Tomatoes and sliced Onions. Arrange hamburger bun croutons on the edge of platter. Serve immediately. Serves 6
