Cauliflower with Low Carb Cheese Sauce

1 serving Cauliflower (Cooked, Head) (by IRISH5IVE) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tsp BetterThan Bouillon - Chicken Flavor8 oz Cream Cheese8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
Break cauliflower into florets. Steam until very tender. Empty onto cutting board, chop into chunks and place in bowl.
While steaming cauliflower, melt butter. Add water and Better Than Bouillon. When bouillon is dissolved, add cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Add grated cheddar cheese and whisk until melted and smooth. Pour over cauliflower chunks.
