Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
0.5 cup Butter, salted1.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Rice flour, brown120.0 gram chickpea flour1.0 cup buttermilk 3.25% milk fat
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Shave butter into dry ingredients and combine with pastry blender or hands till butter incorporated well. Add buttermilk and mix till dry ingredients are moist. Don't over mix. Spoon onto a baking paper lined pan And bake in 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Serving Size: Makes 10 large biscuits
