Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup Granulated Sugar 1/3 Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cans Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits ( Reserve juice)1 cup Ritz Crackers (crushed)1 stick Butter, melted1/3 cup Pineapple Juice (reserved from pineapple)Cinnamon (Sprinkling)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease casserole dish. mix together sugar& flour in a lg. bowl. Gradually add cheese. Add pineapple tidbits & stir until all ingredients are well combined. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, reserved pineapple juice, & cinnamon. Mix well. Spread over top of pineapple mixture. Bake 25-30 min. Serving Size: 1/2C
