Garlic and Herb Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value1 1/2 tsp Parsley, dried 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Clean mushrooms with cold running water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat skillet on medium heat. Once it is hot add oil.
Saute garlic until slightly brown.
Add mushrooms. Stir and add salt and parsley.
Cook about 5 minutes covered. Stirring occasionally.
Scoop out of skillet and top with parmesan cheese.
