Cauliflower Garlic Kale Side

Ingredients
2.0 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh5.0 cups (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Break and bake kale in oven by mixing it with olive oil and placing on tray for 40 minutes at 275*F. Cut and boil cauliflower head until soft and drain water. Mash until chunky potato like consistency. Add in baked kale and garlic. Continue mashing. Let cool. Enjoy!
