Spicy Chicken Broccoli and Sweet Potato

2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, cooked 3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash Extra spicy seasoning blend32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 stalk Broccoli, fresh
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Toss the chicken pieces with the spices and a quick stream of olive oil. Stir to combine; store in the fridge for about 15 minutes while you prep other ingredients.
Arrange the sweet potatoes on sheet pans (preferably ones with edges to catch drips, etc.). Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt. Roast for 15 mins. Arrange the chicken and broccoli on sheet pan with sweet potatoes.
Bake all ingredients for 12-15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
