1lb 93% Lean Ground Beef 6 Green Bell Peppers 1.5c Minute Brown/White Rice 2c Tomato Sauce 2t French's Worchestershire Sauce 1.75c Colby/Monterey Jack CheeseGarlic PowderOnion PowderSaltPepper
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare rice according to package.
Cut tops off each pepper and clean out insides.
Brown beef with 1/4c diced onion and diced pepper tops, drain. Add Worcestershire, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt. Add Tomato Sauce, Rice, and 3/4c cheese. Stir until Combined.
Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Top off with remaining cheese.
Bake 30-45 minutes until heated through and cheese is nicely browned. Serve!
