Ingredients
2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.5 cup Granulated Sugar0.75 cup Butter, salted1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.5 tsp Baking Powder2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add dry ingredients, butter and milk; beat well. Add lemon juice and flavoring. Bake in med. size tube pan at 350° for 1 hour or till done.
