448.0 Grams Italian Sausage, pork0.3 cup Flour, white2.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cupSeasoning to taste
Directions
Remove sausage from casing. Brown and crumble in a cast iron skillet. Coat fat in pan and sausage with flour. Stir in milk gradually. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened. Season to taste.
