Sausage, peppers and onion breakfast bake

8 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: Pork Sausage 1 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
Cook sausage, onions and peppers until done, drain. Add in 8 beaten eggs and 1/2 of the cheese. Stir together. Pour into a square baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 350 degrees for 25-39 mins or until done. Top with other half of cheese halfway through cooking time.
