Spaghetti Squash and Turkey

Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup Sauce, Pasta Sauce, (low fat, organic is best) Ragu Chunky Garden Style, Tomato, Basil and Italian Cheese, 4 serving Ground Turkey, 1 lb raw Garlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Cut the squash in Half
Put in microwaveable casserole dish with 2 cups of water
Microwave on high 5 minutes then check and add another 5 minutes depending on microwave. The squash should scrape out easily.
In a saucepan spray with low cal becel cooking spray
Add turkey and brown
Add the garlic and sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
pour sauce over the squash
Delicious!
