UNJURY Apple Mini Muffin

Ingredients
2 serving UNJURY™ Protein Powder, Vanilla, 2 Scoop or 2 Packets 1/3 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp water1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/8 tsp Maple extract, Imitation 1/8 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins 1/8 cup (not packed) Raisins 1/8 small Apple, fresh with skin
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix Vanilla UNJURY®with Quaker Old Fashioned Oats in one bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the applesauce, peanut butter, cinnamon, extract, chopped apples, raisins and craisins together.
Mix dry ingredients (UNJURY and oats) into applesauce and peanut butter mixture.
Add water and stir until well combined.
Coat 12 mini-muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into each muffin tin.
Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Store in air-tight container or foil.
