0.5 serving Home-Fried Potatoes (1 potato)1.0 tsp Salt2.0 large Scrambled Egg0.5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)3.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
Directions
1.Dice Potatoes 2.Heat a skillet with a Tbs of oil 3. Cook potatoes in Skillet until potatoes are cooked all the way through, usually about 20-30min 4.scrambled eggs, add some salt, pepper and Ham. 5. Add ketchup if desired ENJOY!
