Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.5 tbsp Onion powder1.0 tbsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Salt45.0 oz Whole chicken
Directions
Rub thawed chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder inside and out. Cut the butter in to cubes and place it on top and inside the chicken. Place chicken in a oven safe container and bake it at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. When weighing your portion, make sure to remove bones Optional, add onions and celery inside for aromatic flavor. Optional, brine chicken for 24 hours to increase juiciness (this increases salt) Serving Size: 4 large servings
