Keto Cardamon Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
6 tbsp Butter2 cups Almond Flour 1/4 tsp cardamon, ground1/2 cup Splenda
Directions
Combine melted butter and rest in med bowl until well combined. Form into a log 3x1" approx. and chill 10 minutes. Mark & divide into 16 cookies - cut about 1/2" thick slices. Poke with fork to decorate if you wish.

Bake in preheated 350F oven 10-14 mins or til slightly golden brown
