1 heaping Tablespoon, crumbled Feta Cheese1.0 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)6 slices Pickled beets4 Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted
Wash and cut up vegetables. Mix.
Use dressing of your choice.
This is a simple salad I eat almost every day. Sometimes I add tomatoes, cucumber and onions. Lately I have not been able to get quality tomatoes and cucumbers.
