2 tbp Olive oil1 onion5 large carrots5 potatoes1 turnip 1 lb any kind of beef ( usually stewing or round steak cubed)
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker let cook on high until done about 4-6 hours or on low for 8 hours
